    Breakfast naked? Sounds fun! Not at all part of being vegan, but who’s keeping track? If only we had the time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast every morning.

    Today, look for a few quick breakfast options. Jot down the ingredients to a vegan muffin recipe or a breakfast bar (there are a few in our recipe section). On your way home from work or your next trip to the grocery store, pick up the ingredients and figure out a time to make them.

    Before you sit down to watch your favorite shows, sit down to read the paper or pick up the phone to gab with a friend tonight, put a batch of steel cut oats on the stove. One cup of dry oats yields four servings, which will keep just fine in the fridge. They only take 20 minutes to cook–less than the length of even the shortest TV shows. The oats will keep in the fridge for about three or four days and can be reheated in the microwave or on the stovetop with a touch of nut milk or water. You can top them with just about anything; nuts and berries are always scrrrrumptious!
